Diet of a Lifetime is a SIMPLE method that combines diet, exercise, and healthy living. We are a non-gimmick, fad–free program. Our goal is to teach you to manage energy, which is something that is always with you. That’s it! Really. Our program is reality based and avoids extreme dieting and exercising. In short, we teach you skills that last a lifetime.
Our team includes Debra Goldmon, a registered dietitian with more than 20 years’ experience in building healthy lifestyles. In addition, we have a team of trained professionals with experience in teaching and living healthy lifestyles. We are regular people who eat real food and live real lives.
If you have plenty of time, love to work out, and only crave healthy foods, Diet of a Lifetime may not be for you. However, if you struggle to achieve balance in how you eat, exercise, and live, you are in the right place.
This method is all about choices. We have to make choices all day every day. Most of the time we don’t even think about the choices we make. We also don’t think about the consequences.
